blimmin horses have raided the haylage?!

Horses have taken advantage of the wind v's electric fence,with the wind winning...hence. nags have raided the bales,chewed thru 6 bales,well having ousted the neds,have taped up the bales...so having spent the evening taping them up are they ruined or will they be ok?

I think if you have taped them up they should be ok. I think rats nibbled our bales last year and the farmer taped them up and they were ok.

Thanks idx but these arn't rat holes. They are blimmin big gaping holes :-( very naughty beasts!

should be ok we had a tree come down & tear into some of ours but were all ok after taping up

The grass is always greener ....the next bale of haylage may taste better
