My lovely TB (???) this morning was a little lame on a hard surface but ok in the pen, (he does this every month or so, just twists his fetlock and demands a few days off), so put him in the stable, thinking he would be a lot better this afternoon, however went up the yard this afternoon and he was worse, the vet had just left the yard so managed to get him back, (thought it was in the foot) so he saw him trot up and he was hopping! in the end think it is a bruised foot, as cant find any pus with a little digging vet has to be careful else we will never get a shoe back on!
Any while the vet was playing the horse jumped backwards and twisted a back shoe off too so now we have only 2 shoes, my farrier is still off with a broken leg so feel really awfull pestering the temp one!!!
Im away next week so I really wanted to work him this week, bloody animal!!!! Sooooo Annoyed!!!!
