, 6" of water at the gate to get himout and then in of the field again, always seems to be the left clutch foot, must be driving, what do you have to do to make them last, get a bloomin automatic car

wont have time till the end of the week to get a new pair, then I suppose it will be either pink or sky blue again in my size, so then everyone will think I'm gay, again,

, sure they used to last longer when I was a kid, but then I didn't drive.

Personally wouldnt drive in wellies anyway lol. Have you tried the Stormwells wellies? Had my for two winters and not even a sign of them needing replacing.

You as well thought it was just me i buy the loudest wellies i can find i like to be different, cant be bothered to change em to drive back from work and all mine have got holes.Latest pair went yesterday well P****d off!!!!!!

The annoying thing is they were ok while it's been dry, now it's peed down all day and now snowing there's 3 HOLES all of a sudden, it's like they do it deliberately

I have been stuck with my pair of Hunters for 20 damn years! I wish they would split. I want some flowery Joules ones. I am sooooo bored with my wellies!

mine always split too, am hoping my latest pair will last a bit longer, i am starting to wonder if its merely a false economy me busy cheap jazzy pairs as opposed to getting a pair of expensive hunters

These are sky blue joules, cant find the gaurantee though, plus Ive patched them up with superglue, waterproof plaster and brown building mastic, hopefully will keep the water out in the morning.

Get some of the £6 a go ones from Woolies or Shoe Zone...... they are soooooo gross that you will be willing them to split, but they never will.... had mine for 3 years and they still dont leak!! :girn:

Joules wellies are brilliant, and mine just got a hole in so I phoned up spoke to a person (SHOCK!) and they gave me a freepost address to send them back too, can either get new ones or a full refund and they dont need exact proof of purchase brilliant customer service

I worked out hunters v cheapy wellies as Hunters = 45 quid and last 6 months
cheapies = 12 quid and last 2 months - so it's still cheaper to buy the cheapies (although not so good for the planet as the split wellies go in teh bin)

my supplier stopped stocking joules as they kept splitting (including a pair I got from them)

maybe that's why joules has been so 'customer caring' - so many split wellies ??

I swear by Hunters. Ive had mine nearly 2 years, wear them almost every day and they are still going strong. I drive in them and have also ridden in them.

My mate got some cheaper ones and is now on her 3rd pair, she got the first pair when I got my hunters.
