As title - any pro’s or come for either please?
Thank you!!I absolutely adore Bloomfield boxes. I don't have any experience of Boss, but the Bloomfields are just SOLID. They don't rock/move about and generally are very sturdy and well built. Exceptional standard of box IMO.
Thank you!!We have a Bloomfields 4.5 tonne. Very pleased with it. A few teething problems now 9 months/4k miles in with trim parts but they’re fixing with no fuss and it’s not structural. I’m not sure on the exact dimensions in the horse area but I don’t think it’d fit 2 giants comfortably which isn’t an issue for us. Comfortable for 2 to stay in for 5 days, good on long runs, easy to drive for small runs, tows well. No issues with water/fuel/electric etc.
Thanks very much!My Bloomfields had no issues until the ceiling fan went wrong after 5 years and took the reversing camera and dash cam with it. They did us a re-wire, they do them differently now.
The paintwork came off parts of the bumper at about 2 years, but MrRed had been using a Cartcher on it. Not a steam cleaner, just a pressure wash. It is where the paint was put on the plastic, the rest is firm.
The horse part is like a tank. No issues at all.

Thank you!Bloomfields if you can afford it as you get it on a new chassis, Without cutting the back off and adding a new one on.
I got my 4.5t from Freddie Gover. It’s lovely but the paintwork has bubbled in places and being very picky, I wish I’d gone for a new chassis.
Thanks for this! From what I have seen, Boss, glossy shiny, but not really made to put a horse in. In my opinion, I wouldn't have one given.
From what I have heard, Bloomfields, make sure that when you sign a contract, make sure what weight it has to carry and weigh it. I saw a brand new one that had been p -exed , as it was built for a large horse but could not legally carry it.
I would always look at what all the racehorse trainers use, and there are about three common brands that they buy or lease from new.
