After looking at the sale catalogue i tohught i'd get up early and have a browse as there are a few tnings i need....oh no i won't i can only get one page in.

Just a little rant, bit tired and know that if i leave it a while things will start to sell out...can't they fix these things on the internet?? :(
 
got up at 5.50 on at 5.55 and still cant load the page properly grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :mad:
 
Good luck with your sale folks. Just be prepared for a long wait for your good to arrive :(

We ordered a mounting block from them and it arrived Friday. 6 weeks after we ordered it online :( When we chased it up after 2 weeks we were told there was a problem with their supplier and we should receive it within the next 28 days. I think it arrived on day 26 :rolleyes:




Don't mean to put a downer on things and I hope you get your orders quickly :)
 
I got on there without any problem, but for the first time ever for a Robinson's sale, there was nothing tempting me to buy :o

I love the reduced pale blue Ariat hoodie, but only left in XL :( Probably a good thing really!

I'm half way through trying to order but it won't let me complete the checkout. It says I have to pick a delivery option but won't let me pick one. Any ideas? I've emailed them and hung on the phone for half an hour but no joy so far.
 
Be very careful once you get to the checkout, I just managed to order most of the items on the wifes wish list but instead of £89.60 they wanted £179.20 basically the order was duplicated but showed only one item of each thing I ordered, so if you rush through it you may get stung at the checkout.
 
it's rubbish!!!!!!!! i can browse through all the pages (without pictures mind you!), just added a nice rug to my basket and it jumped up from £29 to £46!
 
ive never ever managed to get through a Robbies internet sale and it all work OK, lol, Ive totally given up trying these days.

One year there was lots of things I wanted so I got up early to be ready, put stuff in my basket, then couldnt get through checkout...rang my mother to try for me, she couldnt either...tried my sister, no luck for her either.

So I complained to Robinsons and they got back to me and said there was nothing wrong with the site it was all fine.

Ermm....yeah, apart from the not working bit :lol:
 
I just spoke to one of their online chat advisers... what a load of rubbish they are! He passed me over to someone more 'seniour' who may be able to help me, she asked which products in particular i was having trouble with so gave her a long list for her to 'look at'

One in particular was hunter wellies, advertised 'from £29' she said they used to have items in that range at that price and she would get I.T to change it. I didn't fail to mention to her that they had been advertised that way for over 4 weeks (the length of time I have owned my horse!)
 
Lol I gave up and brought what I wanted from eBay in the end.

As a Software Test Manager I hate websites that don't perform under load etc. Big pet Peeve!
