I bought a decahedron ball from them a week past on Sunday. I still haven't received it and the past three days I have tried emailing and phoning them. No reply to my emails, and the phone just rings out then plays the standard "Hello, your call cannot be taken at the moment..." voice mail..

Anyone else used them and had problems? I'm just glad it's nothing expensive I've ordered, but that's not really the point!
 
I opened a dispute via paypal and here is their 'pro customer service' reply:

Complete idiots! Trying to say I didn't email them - no mention of my calls not being answered, then telling me not to spread gossip via paypal?!

They also emailed my personal email after I opened the dispute to say they don't have the colour I ordered in stock... well would it not be good customer service to email me to tell me this, or, even better, put on their website that it is out of stock before letting me buy it?

Raging! At least they refunded me, I will not be using them again!

They are right on my doorstep!
I'm CR3 postcode they are CR2 (registered address) so they are not far, there's a Blue Anchor Farm in Blindley Heath not far from me, could be them,here's the company search on them

if they are a company they should have their address and company number in view on the site (I've had a company and had to do this) I think it's against the law not to but I could be wrong on that, Oz
 
I ordered a pair of Toggi Country boots at 2pm on 09/07/2013 and they arrived at 12.30 today ( 10/07/2013), and they were far cheaper than anywhere else.
