I have been feeding my green and rather highly strung 5 yr old mare Blue Chip for past couple of weeks as she was starting to look a bit light. She is looking better already, but past few days has been rather spooky and excitable.... She is prone to this, but had been much more settled recently and I hoped was beginning to grow up a bit! Could the fizziness be due to the Blue Chip? I thought it was meant to have a slight calming effect? Her work levels have not changed, and she is always turned out after exercise every day. The only change has been in her feeding...

its very nutrient dense and so not a low calories option ,it has probiotics so good for guts which can have \ calming effect. made from cereal and linseed so can still send horses loopy. maybe a low cal balancer would be better.x
