Boa, Equi-boot, Equi glove - how do they differ?

I want to buy a pair of these boots, but they're all pretty pricey and so I'm just wondering about the fit of the various makes. I know it's going to have to be a snug fit to work, so any tips on each of them? Cab you get an exchange from online traders if the fit isn't good? Thanks.
 
Easyboot website for sizing information, Trelawne Equine or The Saddlery shop for advice in the UK. I use Old Mac's, but will be moving to Easyboot Wide when they are launched this summer. I love boots, and wouldn't go back to metal shoes out of choice.
 
We do TREC and at Level 3 and above you have to carry a boot and we have a Boa boot, which my mum has had for such a long time and its lasted so well, never rubs when used, easy and quick to put on, fits well. Definetly recomend this one!
 
We use the Boa Boots on our old TB when he suffered some really bad abscesses a couple of years back - we then wanted to take the pressure off his feet a bit whilst he was recovering. We have recently been putting them on for him in the day times as he finds it a little hard going with bare feet on frozen rutted ground. They fit well and so far he's never managed to lose them (and he's a master at getting his feet caught in things!). They don't rub and all in all were worth the buy. I am not sure i would ride in them but I guess it's just a case of getting used to things. They do fit pretty snugly and he certainly doesn't seem bothered about wearing them.
 
i've got some old mac g2s - they fit really well and horse was a bit puzzled at first but quickly got used to them. Main problems - i onlu use on fronts as horses that brush have a tendancy to catch them, if your horse has a tendancy to forge then you've got a fair bit of extra for them to catch (not a problem there for me!) and they are rubbish on snow - barefoot is the best grip on snow.
 
Mmm - I really want them for the worst of the weather as I couldn't keep one of my horse's feet ice - free (he has quite boxy feet), and also want them for if he ever gets another abscess so he can go out a bit more. Likewise, I'm walking him in hand at the moment and having to pad up his foot whilst waiting for the farrier.
