Body / back protectors?

Hi all,

just wondering which back protector to purchase? I have heard great things about the Race Safe one and people seem to be bigging up the Kan (but rather pricey). Any others come close?

Daisy and I both have harry hall, and I find it really comfortable, Daisy hates hers though !!!!!!!!

The only way is go and try on as many different styles/makes as you can. That way you find the one that fits you and your shape best.

I have a race safe which I love (as much as you can with b protectors

) but I am a bit of an odd shape and have found the more solid ones restricted my riding

Racesafe RS2000. Absolutely brilliant, very comfortable (and adapts to all sorts of strange shapes due to its construction). Not the cheapest on the market by a long chalk, but light and not too hot for riding in the summer.

I have a Rodney Powell, hate it, but it does the job

Daughter has an Exo cage, which is brill

. Only drawback being that you have to be of the slight build rather than the booby type build

I have tried the racesafe on and it felt quite comfy to me ( I have an old Airowear one from waaaayy back in the day and it kind of reminds me of that, so feels familiar). I hate feeling restricted!

I have the rodney powell one, once I'm on and moving I tend to forgot I've got it on as I can still move quite freely in it.
