Body protector and a promise kept.

Meant to say that Physio checked me over and I had dislocated facet joints again - a bit further up this time. He twisted me back into place (ouch ouch) and a couple of sessions later feels much better.

I'm the UAE and have a lesson booked for later today and I don't have my BP with me so fingers crossed:) there's only do much I can squash into my case. Hopefully whatever horse I get will be on it's best behaviour.
At least you've not added to your list of injuries and are now fixed.

Thehorsephotographer.... Funny how we insist our kids keep safe whilst we overlook our own welfare. Think that's what bought it home to me too, and realising how upset they were that I was injured. :) lesson learnt.

I put it on and thought this is uncomfortable and it was pressing on my collarbone...

I had/have the same issue with my pinned collarbone as the screws really protrude quite prominently and the body protector rubs across them.

I cut a square of thick gamgee from my horse first aid box and put theat between my t-shirt and body protector and it stops it rubbing :)

You dont need to knit arm wormers - go to CRC or Wiggle online and look for arm warmers - brilliant bit of cycling kit and they stay up really well. I wear mine for cycling but may put them on when it gets really cold for doing horsey chores.
Glad you are wearing your back protector - I wont get on my horse without it.
