Does one exist?
I am into cross country but most places will only let you go round their course/compete if you are wearing them.
However, i have never ever found one that fits at all, and have always been told that for my shape, wearing one would actually be a potential hazard if i fell off.
I am a size 12, but have an F cup bust.
Does anybody know of any body protectors that may fit me?
Many thanks.

There was one out there. I haven't seen it advertised for a while.
They had a stand at Badminton.
I did enquire but they didn't do my size. Hummpppffff!! So back to wearing my chest squeezing torture version.
Perhaps it could be one of the reasons I have given up doing cross country. LOL

Rodney Powell, they are ace

I have your problem and I found that being fitted with a mens one was better as they are a bit wider across that chest, as long as it fits properly elsewhere, obviously. Might be cheaper than having a made-to-fit one?

I have a FFcup bust and gave up on the body protector!! I got myself a mountain hose bodyguard jacket instead!! Its lovely fits really and has loads of protection.

I am size 10 with an f cup bust.
I have just bought a body protector which was really comfy when i tried it out. I ordered on in my xc colours and hopefully it should be delivered this week.
I cant remember the make but I will let you know when I get it!!

ets - I thought I would have real problems finding one that fit and though I would have to buy a mens one but I ended up fitting into a childs large so it was cheaper too!!

Have a look at Airowear's new one - the Outlyne. We specialise in BP's & have found this to be a useful addition to our ranges. Also agree with other comments about the Racesafe 2000 although sometimes can gap above the bust.
Hope this helps

The Kanteq one is specifically designed for ladies, so I would speak to them! I tried one on at Ballygraffin last year and it was super comfortable (didn't even know you had it on) but I have a Rodney Powell one and really don't need to replace it.
When I do I will buy a Kanteq one though!

I find the Racesafe one the most comfortable and they do a made to measure version see here for example. You could get one made to suit you.

Outlyne by Airowear!! They are cheaper than Kanteq and come in "ladies shape" sizes. I got one last year, it fits well, is very squashy and I dont feel suffocated!! I'd really, really recommend them

I'm a DD cup and I now have a Treehouse Racesafe body protector (http://www.treehouseonline.co.uk/home). Its fantastic.

Because its made of lots of little squares of padding rather than one big chunk it moulds around my curves. I can actually breathe wearing it!

They are expensive, but they are made to measure in your colours. Got mine measured up at Badminton about 3 years ago and I've never looked back. Shoulder pads are comfy too.

Used to have a Rodney Powell, and it was OK, but I used to get really bad sweat rash where it 'squashed' my boobs together.

hello!! Definitely Kanteq for me. I checked them out at badminton and your horse live and such a good fit and room for boobies!!!! of all sizes ;-) Also if you talk to the girl who makes them she can explain all the technical stuff about their foam - its new stuff from the motorcyle industry and when I compared it with another bp foam there was just no comparison.

Top of the range and worth every penny. Hardly take mine off. check out their website (kanteq.com or something).
