Body Protectors - Racesafe or Rodney Powell?

I think you are probably all right re the torso being covered mainly by bib etc anyway so colour is probably irrelevant.

Does anyone wear a point 2 air jacket over a Kanteq?
 
I wear a point 2 and a kan. The combo certainly did their job when I had a very nasty rotation fall at Hutton 1* in June. I took the full force of my horse landing on top of me, and managed to walk away (relatively) unscathed!

Blimey, that says a lot for both products if you took the full weight of the horse coming down on top of you.

I could yet be persuaded into buying a Kan. Wish I had entered the comp on EWW yesterday now!
 
I found the Kan heavy when picking it up, but I absolutely don't notice it when I am wearing it, definitely recommend it.

I have always worn my xc colours over the top of my bps, and do so now with my Kan, and I found it quite suprising that it doesn't 'show through' as it were.

I also would not feel safe in a racesafe
 
I wear both as a combo!! was lucky enough to win my kan at the RC champs woo! before trying it i'd been warned about the weight but as soon as you put it on you dont even realise its soo comfy i actually like wearing it :) as Kerilli says just seen the new medic covers will be purchasing one of those shortly!!
