Body score this horse!

Lets put the body score to the test - what do you think this horse would score? (apologies for no bum pic)

He is a 16.2hh ISH and events.

Very interested to hear opinions!

Have no idea but he looks fit and well with a nice shiny coat. Definitely not fat or obese though!

i would say 3 possible 3.5 but photos can be miss leading with out seeing the horse in the flesh it would be very hard to say

I'm bang smack in the middle too with a score of 3, looks just right for the time of year from the photo.

i would say a 3, looks right for time of year - obviously cant 'feel' him but if ribs well covered then 3.5.

I would say 3, he looks very good, well muscled, not fat but not thin either = just right!

I would say 2.5 - 3 as well, but BCS needs to be assessed by hands on approach - photos can be very misleading. Hes not a 2 as definitely not underweight but given his obvious muscle/fitness would veer more towards a 2.5 thn a 3.
