its no good asking me since i strarted watching proper showjumping all this looks small and easy, i am not doing it mind and i havent galloped for ten minutes the day before either!! i thoought it was jumping ok there have been a few clear so its not like blenheim for example!

and for those interested, the germans also won the nations cup and they THRASHED us. we were second (just) and it would have mande no difference if matt wright hadnt withdrawn, he was already the discard score.
and i would also like to point out after much discussion of Oliver townend and his riding on this forum, that he gave both of his beautiful rides (patting in evidence on way round) and i hope some of his critics noticed.
Also pats for steven way another to get his both round in good style.

Ooo I love Steven Way, keep seeing him locally and chat away to him, it was only when I talked to Gubbs that I then knew who he was!

I think as much as Oli has his critics, he is an amazing rider, and something I aspire to be. His ex groom(head groom i think) works in my tack shop down the road and she is a wealth of knowledge and has a lot to say about him.
