Boett rugs on insurance?

Has anyone successfully claimed for the purchase of a Boett rug for their sweet itch horses from their insurers? If so would you be good enough to say who your insurers are?

A friend of fine did a few years back with Nfu. They have clamped down alot since though so don't know if you still could.

Thank you. I had heard that some insurance companies do. But I do not want to open a whole can of worms with mine by asking if they will pay for a Boett rug, when it might mean that they exclude my horse for every skin ailment know to veterinary science for the rest of her life!
