Bog brush tail.

My lad has a lovely long thick tail but the too is like a bog brush which I hate. He need tidying up but I'm a bit hesitant on what to do.... Pull,tail rake, cut or someone told me the clip the side of the their horses tail and pull the front ? Any pics would be great .

I had a horse with a horrid bog brush tail. It was really thick and wiry hair, it was foul. He looked horrid with it "unpulled", so I got a couple of tail rakes, and attacked it with that. Neatened it up nicely.

If you clip it, it looks like you've clipped it!
