bomber bit - bd legal?

are these legal for BD? only my boy needs to progress in his 'bitting' and one of these straight bar, curved mouth pieces would be ideal for him!
(currently in a happy mouth, eggbutt straight bar)

but i have never got a straight answer about anything from BD.... so do any of you use them for dressage???? or know if i can use one?

I have the loose ring happy tongue for both of mine, for training, I compete in a neue schule starter bit for BD. When I first thought about getting the happy tongue, I sent the description and picture to BD, they said it wasn't legal, however it was about 2/3yrs ago now, so they may have changed their minds.
