You know it is very difficult to return a horse if no one answers the phone for the entire 30 day exchange period.

It is also difficult to take someone to court if they don't turn up due to "medical reasons".

I paid £1900 for a sturdy, confidence giving 12 yo coloured cob last year - perfect saint and safe as houses.....
