boot stretching??

hi does anyone know where i can get some long leather boots stretched as there a little bit tight. i think i need a good leather maker or something. has anyone ever had this done before?
i am in leicestershire area?

I dont know whether you have ever heard of richard whitehead the saddler but he maybe able to help. He's very good at doing bits and pieces
 
Take the boots into a shoe repairer and they can put them on a stretcher. You can also buy a product which softens leather, thereby making it easier to stretch.
Depending on how thick the lining is, you can stretch them by holding the leather over the steam from a kettle and then stretch the leather by pulling it over the back of a chair.( Or by getting someone with big legs to walk round in them.)
