Boots again

I have just got some leather boots from robinsons (Toscana long boots) and they pinch the back of my knees. My OH bought them for me, he said that i must have short stumpy knees. Do you think that they will drop? any tips?

My OH had a similar problem with his riding boots a couple of years ago with them being very uncomfortable to wear. He kept oiling them and they soon loosened up - now he wears then all the time!

My mountain horse ones were like that at first and trust me I don't have short legs

They are really comfy now - it just took a few weeks of wearing in.
