Saw a post on here some time ago about a firm that made boots to fit wider calfs, I have a fluid retention problem in lower legs so never get boots to fit, I have chaps from America 60 cm wide but would love boots for the winter. Any one can help or remember the post.

Your Horse mag did a review of long boots in the latest issue, & the boots by Fuller Fillies got the highest mark of 30/30. Might be worth a look?

Fuller Fillies are doing a country boot and a show boot, up to 20 inches, I think.

Jileon wellies are up to 20 inches.

Tuffa Suffolks are huge but high insteps might be hard to squidge in.

Ariat Rydals-same as Tuffa Suffolks, but no instep issue, IMO.

Mountain High riders are v wide, but not 20 inches.

Tyne Muck boots/riders are v flexible but a bit sweaty, I find and I wouldn't want to ride in them but others may disagree.
