I was looking in a catalogue in the horse boot section and (forgive me for being ignorant) I cant tell what boots are for which legs! Brushing boots I think are for hind and tendon boots for front? other than that I'm very confused so please can someone explain it to me? :D

Tendon boots are front only - the aim is to stop the back foot cutting into the front leg tendons when you are jumping - usually you have fetlock boots at the back

Brushing boots - more all round protection on all four legs (usually you need a larger size back than front)

brushing boots can be used on all 4

tendon boots *normally* go on the front

dont worry! my mum still puts saddle cloths on the wrong way round
