Look in farmers guardian, or ISDS website if you are prepared to do something with it, which I take it you are.
 
It depends what you want a BC for. If you want 1 to do some sort of sport with then I'd look on agilitynet fleamarket, obedience uk, flyball.org.uk, if you want a pet or show lines I'd look on champdogs or kennel club website.
 
When I got my BC as a puppy I used these 2 websites to find suitable litters:

Do make sure you choose the right BC background for what you want. If you want a pet that is not going to tear up the house or need 5 hours exercise a day get a show or pet bred one that has been reared in the house.

I would recommend spending the extra and getting a Kennel Club registered one as you can then check that the parents have had all the necessary health checks such as hip scores eye tests hearing tests and preferably DNA tests for CEA, CL and TNS.

Having had one working sheep dog BC cross that has mild hip dysplasia, PRA (making him almost blind over the years and he will go totally blind - he is only 9 now) and fusing vertebra (Cauda Equina), I made sure I bought a health checked one this time!!!!

Thankyou to all of you for your replies of which i will follow up. I have two collies myself and i was asking on behalf of my dad who tragically lost his R/W dog a few months ago at the age of 6. He does not want a working dog but understands the needs of a BC and it will have plenty of fun/exercise and mental stimulation.. so thankyou to all of you!! x

OMG Seriously?! Those first 2 sites you posted are well known for puppy farmers!
 
We are currently seeking a good home for our two 8 month old female red and white border collies. We are desperate to find a loving and caring home due to unforeseeable circumstances.
