border terrier new home

I have a 3 year old border terrier bitch which I unfortunately have to rehome as she has taken a complete dislike to our other 3 year old bitch. All we want is a loving caring home for her. She is fully house trained good with children (we have 5) and usually good with other dogs. I have a lab which she gets on with!!

Have you had any luck? Border Terrier Rescue for your area had a bit of an admin problem last year and the board were replaced. My mother-in-law was on the old board, and I'm sure she will help if you are stuck.

The Border Terrier Welfare Trust are trying to fing a home for her and I think they may have somebody for her, they are coming back to me tomorrow. Half of me hope they cant find one as I really dont want to let her go!!!

Thats good news. We got our border as a rescue as she barked continually and drove neighbours mad. She is very yappy but its bearable!! One thing that is no good for one person is fine for another. At least you know they will have vetted the home for you.

Hello,
I've just found this site. Have you rehomed your dog, or are you still looking? I had a fabulous BT for 14 years, but had to have him put to sleep last year after 2 years ill-health. I would like another BT as they are such characters, but would prefer an older dog
