Just got to recommend the faultless service I've received from this company.
In preparation for that "W" word which will be on us before we know it, I've been thinking rugs and vests for my two cobby bits. I've thrown my collection of well-worn and mended stretchy and fleece vests out and on doing some research, decided to invest in some Bobby's Bibs. I ordered two in different sizes seven days ago but turned out that both horses needed the same size. Phoned Patsy of BB who immediately said she'd not only send a replacement size to fit but let me order two more (so each horse would have two each), and just to send the wrong sized one back in the envelope she'd supply.
New bibs arrived this morning, have sealed return bib in pre-stamped envelope provided and popped in post box down the road. Don't even have to treck to PO to get it weighed etc.
A super speedy, brilliant service. I wish all companies were so customer friendly and good at their job.

I had this with Snuggyhoods - my boys turnout head kept slipping down and blinding him, and I kept going outside to find him standing by the gate waiting to be rescued! I called them and they said I should take photos of him wearing it, and post it back to them. They resized it for £10 and now it fits beautifully!
 
I too love their bibs and their service. They made me a custom one for Cairo and only charged for the extra material required.

Ditto Snuggy Hoods - superb repair service. Farra managed to trash her SI body and I thought it was the end, but they repaired it, made some alterations and had it back to me within the week for the grand sum of £20
 
There great! I got one 2 winters ago I think, I need to find it now though! lol, agree there service is fab and it's a very very good product.
