Both scanned in foal!

Well the nail on the string was right

both Molly and S16 were scanned in foal this morning so very happy but not getting myself over excited as S16 was in foal in May but lost it between 16 and 40 day scan

and Molly has done the same also before some years ago, but so far so good lets hope they stay

That's fantastic news, fingers crossed they hold.
Mine scanned still in foal at 45 days this morning. I was a bit stressed as we had 10 noisy holiday kids crowding in to see the screen - poor vet was struggling to see himself! Was hoping for a good picture, but all I got was this....

Did the nail say what sex the blobs are?

Mine are still saying a colt and a filly. When I told my vet about the nail test he almost choked laughing, but then I showed him (on a gelding and then the two mares) and he and his wife thought it was great fun, went off still chuckling and muttering about Mad English women

yes i did tell him and he was quite interested and then before he left he got all scientific and said could be us sub con making it move and would be keen to see what happened if it was on say something solid and the mare moved under it to what happened then !!
