How awful

I used to ride on that bridleway and work down that road.
It's only 10mins down the road from where i live.

Poor little foal, i hope they manage to catch the person who did it!

But maybe the foal had died from natural causes and they just dumped the body, instead of paying to dispose of it? I hope so.
