Anyone used this company? With Sainsbury’s at the moment, not had to claim ?so far. Getting quotes as up for renewal and this company’s quote was very reasonable for our two dogs, so just wondering if anyone has used them and had to claim?
TIA

I am with them and have just put in a claim. All done on-line very easy and very quick response. They are currently getting details from my vet and we will see what happens then. So far very happy with them.

I used them for a new puppy 3 years ago and it was a great price with £7000 a year cover. They have paid out every time. When my other dogs insurance needed renewing I also moved a second dog on the policy for the multi pet discount and the price is still great for the two. Customer service is brilliant and claims are completed online and paid pretty much straight away directly to the vet.

Yep our cat and dog are insured with their multi pet cover. We put in a claim for circa £1,500 when our dog ate a load of prescription ibuprofen and they paid out no quibble. They even paid out an extra £200 a few weeks later on the same claim because we wanted a blood test to make sure there was no lasting damage and they only charged one excess fee and bunged it on the same claim. The claim was really quick and easy and was right at the beginning of lock down so I was expecting it to take a while but was paid within a few weeks. If they did equine insurance I would switch!

Really good experience here too.

I took on a rescue rott right at the beginning of lockdown. Within a month (so very shortly after he was insured) he stopped eating, bloody stools etc and had many many trips to the vet thinking it was IBS but was only referred for scans a month later - again due to lockdown. It turned out that he had an intestinal intussusception and was operated on immediately. Sadly he died the day after but BBM paid out just short of £6k without a quibble. They were quick to pay too, less than 2 weeks despite the vets being a bit slow to get back to them. They had only had 2 premiums from me!
