We caught Saffy today
We managed to herd her into the stable with some her breakfast and she was a bit stressed to start with but she soon worked out that she could see Minnie through the grill.
Once she'd settled I went out, walked up to her sideways, let her sniff my hand then she let me scratch her shoulder, work up her neck and clip the leadrein on so I swapped her headcollar and we had a good cuddle and scratch. She's lovely and friendly once you actually have hold of her
I led her back out and that needs work! she followed Minnie then realised she was next to me and tried to canter off, I kept hold so she froze. We had that all the way up the hill to the big field but that will come with time
I'm really chuffed
And a little crappy photo to prove it
