Ok i am so excited i could scream!

I never got a message back about the staff x JRT so im guessing he was already gone/they decided to keep him but after making my mum sit there and listen to past greyhound threads she has said we can get a rescue greyhound

Only trouble is we have to send of to the housing socity and we might not have the permission letter thing back until december which means as the rescue doesnt rehome between dec 10th and jan, it might not be until january

Keep your fingers crossed they get their a*se in gear and get the permission letter back to me asap! And any greyhound info/advice greatly apreciated!!

Congratulations! I'm sure all the skinny dog owners will be along later... I don't even have a dog, but I hang out in here quite a lot as I love hearing about everone else's - I just never have anything much to add!

I would love a greyhound one day - Best of luck with getting yours. Looking forward to piccies of course!

Haha no, somehow i dont think i can sneak a dog the size of a mini shetland pony into my flat

if you do get a greyhound:

Prepare to never have your sofa free for yourself
Some are quite talkative! Scoobs roo's...a lot!
They sleep for 23 hours a day
Sometimes not the cleverest of animals
Will maybe disappear over the horizon in chase of that plastic bag (Scoobs again!)

Some can have a tendancy towards a senstive tummy so feeding something like Skinners/Raw.

I love my greyhound!
