What a good post as even though I ride in sports bras the straps still fall down as I've got small shoulders & back - a racer style sounds ideal (& excuse to go lingerie shopping

don't they just fall down when you ride? they don't stay up on me when I'm just sitting down!

M&S is definately the way to go for us with slopey shoulders. I don't ride without cross over straps any more.
 
Sports bras atleast second to top level.... Im now converted.... And even starting to find them more attractive....

I think whats worse is wedgies... Come on we all do it.... rising trot one handed with out routing around and pulling....

Haha that used to be me, but over the last few weeks/months they've started to hurt a bit (while troting).. so bra has gone on.. straps have fallen.. and i've posted this rather random post!

I'm a 28H, not built for riding really and they certainly don't do sports bras in my size. Before I got as big as I am now I used to wear Shock Absorbers but they didn't completely remove thr problem.

I have found however that wearing a body protector stops anything falling out/off shoulders/bouncing etc. I feel wierd if I ride without it on now. I know that thats not what it was designed for but it works a trick for me

I've tried riding without knickers to combat this but ended up with a nasty rub!!!!
