has anyone bred or bought a youngster from here. ? i am very tempted by their youngstock and attended the open day that i was really impressed with. not really in a position until next spring but am looking for a nice quality sensible allrounder and want to have one to replace my elderley mare in a few years. any brackenspa babies plus other studs in the L incs area to recommend thanks

Sally Lister is very knowledgeable and also grades her youngsters. The stallion yard is separate. Excellent foaling down facilities and Roger Lee is her vet who this time of the year will be very busy scanning there.

I took my mare there 5 years ago to breed from. They did everything from AI (Roger is brilliant), through to foaling down and now I have a fabulous 4 year old who stands at around 16.2.
Sally and David are brilliant. Really knowledgable with bags of common sense. They really do treat every horse as though it was their own. Great stallions and some cracking foals. Can't recommend them highly enough
