Hi Every1,

I'm fairly new on here. But i'm looking into getting some stables from above company and just wandered if any1 had dealt with them? Are they any good? Delivery? Product? Etc?

Thanks in advance

they're good, but don't believe their delivery date promises, they let me down badly on that, and i was desperate. i gave them the order based on their promises, and it took about a month longer than they'd said, which really stuffed things for me!
i ended up begging them to deliver the tackroom only on the date they'd promised, (well, a week later iirc) and then i installed it myself (as they couldn't spare a team), and it took me 5 days and nearly killed me. when, a month or so later, the guys came with the rest of the stables, and i asked how long it would have taken them to do the tackroom, they said "2 hours" and i nearly cried.
quality of wood etc is great, but i had the really fancy ones, and the galvanizing on the welded bits is flaking, which i don't think should happen on something so expensive, tbh.
the door catches are very very stiff though, i've got the ones that roll round the upright and ping in on a spring, and you need to be Arnie to open them, or use your body weight (as i do) which is a bit much at times!
they look lovely though, and an elephant couldn't get out of them!

I was going to have stables from them but decided on IAE Equestrian instead. Their stables are MUCH better qulaity and slightly cheaper. Phone IAE up, get a quote, and then when you've got it phone back up and say Bradmore are cheaper even if they're not, IAE will lower their price

I've got 35 IAE stables in plastic, have you looked at plastic? I haven't erected them yet though, waiting for the concrete to be laid.

Have looked @ Plastic, but do prefer wood. And the posh looking ones. Am looking at IAE and Monarch too. But thought Bradmores have my vote, may be undecided now. Any comments re other companies appreciated.

I was the same, I hated plastic but plastic is hygenic, doesn't shrink, no maintanence (don't have to oil it every year), horses won't chew it, environmentally friendly (as it's recycled).

I actually went to a yard with IAE stables that were 4 years old (wood and plastic). The wood ones were the 'posh' ones. Well, they looked awful, scruffy and old but the plastic looked brand new and even the yard's owner's sister hadn't realised they were plastic and thought they were wood

I found out that Bradmore stables had very sharp edges that you don't see at first whereas IAE's are completely rounded off, everywhere. Oh and their boards (wood or plastic) are thicker.

HenryHorn on here has also just recieved some IAE stables, after I told her about them

I think I should be on commission

Thats exactly what had happened to the 'posh' IAE ones that were 4 years old. They looked awful.
