Looks like its isnt going to be a Funnell dressage competition after all.

Nice to see Andrew in the lead, perhaps since wearing his new specs hes riding a more accurate test

Question, when did Lord Killinghurst change his name to Ginger May Killinghurst? or is this a completely different horse altogether??? Confussed of Oxfordshire.....

For those interested....

Results hot off the press

Different horse I think - looks like he only got the ride this year, that it did not compete last year and its last run was Badminton in 2005 with M J Tumbridge where it was withdrawn SJ.

How interesting.... so do we think its a relation to Lord Killinghurst?

I know there are one or two around, MdeM rode a mare who is by the same Stally, but her name has no resemblance whatsoever.

You all set for tomorrow MissY?

LOL, had a dressage lesson last night and discovered if I flex my wrists my horse can bend. However keep riding those bloody trot circles as 20m ones not 15m - if I do that at two events in a row I shall kick myself, stoll, will have another chance to get it right at Longleat - am heartily sick of PN110!!

Lovely late times again, loving this season, so not leaving the yard till 11 - fat pony therefore not being bathed and plaited till tomorrow as I always wake up at about 6am on show days!!

Feels like an age since I last evented, really looking forward to it. Off out tonight though to see 'horses inside out' at The Hand, which should be interesting.

how about you - have you walked the course yet?

PMSL, i had a dressage lesson on wednesday, really wasnt in the right frame of mind, thankfully madmare is very patient.
Lunged last night, again not feeling on top of the world atm, horse worked well, but hes looking fat now
confused.gif

He had a massage last night afterwards, which he absolutely loved, he was lunged within an inch of his life, then put on the walker to cool off, im sure i could see a rib at the end of the session lol
Off to pick up some feed in a sec, then continue along my merry way to the yard, pop him over a couple of fences, although im slightly tempted to not, and just jump him tomorrow as hes always better when hes fresher... so may just run through the test again.
You think youve got problems, 15mtr i can do, trot to halt on gobby youngster... NO CHANCE, thankfully its not reared yet
wink.gif

Have fun tonight, sounds interesting.

Should be up early ish tomorrow, but no rush wont leave till 1pm, will bath and plait in morning also, scrub those white socks for a start lol

Im looking forward to it, be nice to be competing there again.
