We use to feed it to the horses when I worked abroad in an equestrian centre. Because they were stabled 24/7 it helped with their digestion, only a small amount tho.

Feed middlings which is like bran good for bulk & weight gain without fizz. If horses stand in a lot ie hunters it can help aid digestion. Although if you feed bran you should add limestone to the diet especially for youngsters as it is claimed to be calcium deficient

Yep, same as Criso, mine are fed it as grazing is low in phosphorous :) I have fed it previously with thunderbrooks basemix as that has enough calcium in it for there not to be an imbalance.
