has any one seen my pair??

i seem to has misplaced them after Sunday!
i will explain all!
so as many of you know 2/3 weeks ago we lost are older German Shepard bitch (broke my heart)
and the following Sunday my mother (who i live with) was off on holiday which left me with 2 dogs (1 German Shepard who still thinks he is a puppy(he stands at 5'8ft tall on his hind legs!) and are family dog who is a spaniel)
both where grieving the loose of Alanya (we nick named her bear) now are neighbor behind us has never been a welcoming man (we have lived in our house for 15 years be only moved in 3 years ago and we even gave him some flowers as a welcome gift) and has over the past 3 years made a number of threats on how he will "shot" our dogs (and us) because they chase his cats out of our garden.. and because they bark at the post man comes, he claimed the dogs bark form 9 am til 9 pm (untrue i have CCTV with microphone running so i know its untrue!)

any how it would be the day my mother flies he starts giving what for over the fence because our dogs were watching his cat walk along the fence.. his words where along the lines of "IF YOUR BL**DY HORRIBLE HOUNDS TOUCH MY CAT YOU WILL BE SHOT TOO!"
I dont rise to him any more and jokingly said to both dogs (loud enough for him
to hear) "some one will get a lovely surprise when the new arrival turns up hay boys!" said new arrival is some shiny things i ordered of the web to try and enough the cats to not come in the garden (nothing nasty!)

any how because of all this Mr Levi has had very little work over the past week, i have been there every day but been in a rush to check on the dogs and our neighbor, normally otherhalf would be with dogs but he has a rally next week so all hands are on desk in the lock up to get car ready!

so Sunday was a sunny day, a little wind but nothing more then a breeze really, i tacked up and though oh sod the school lets go for a wonder up the hill!! (the "hill" is a track that goes up a hill (ironically) and then back down, all the yards land and no road )
off we set.. levi feeling good about him self was jogging.. so i popped in to the school and did a couple of calm and quiet exercises to get him listening to me and little more settled, then we where off! up the hill we went!
at this point i want to point out levi and i where both head to toe in PINK! high vis! so could be easily seen!
any how after the first twist on the track i could hear some thing coming then notices between the trees is was the "mule" (not animal but a kind of 6 wheel quod with roof and no doors) any how the lady driving hadnt seen us and came round the corner to levi.. well spooked is the best word, we bunny hopped and bounced before side ways jogging past "scary monster mule!" my nerves where a little shot to say the least!
carried on up the hill, but the path became rather steep (i hadn't been up since last summer so i think the rain had washed away a fair enough) and levi became more upsetted (head as high as it could go and still feeling like a ticking bomb!) so we turned back and walked back down before hopping off on the yard, still shaken by the whole mule thing i took levi down to the out door school and lunged him, but oh no! levi was not up for playing games! He flew in to canter bucking and shaking his head towards me as he went i was not amused by this! i am the lunger and you levi are the lungie! DONT CHALLENGE ME! so i kept him forward and after what can only be called the moST pathetic spook ever! (he bucked then farted an spooked him self!) he gave in and started to listen! so are 30 mins quiet walk had turned in to a 15 mins fast hack! and a 45 min lunged attacked!!
let me tell you now BRAVE PANTS! I COULD HAVE DONE WITH YOU!!
after this i got to the yard last night (Monday) and was going to lunge before getting on (thinking i have to work him through this silly moment and i am sure its only because he hasn't seen much of me or done much work wile mum has been away) any who i have no idea what came over me! i tack up got on and that was it! no lunging no nothing! walk, trot , leg yield and even a little canter (just one long side was a mis-communication when asking for leg yield really) and guess what.. not even a hoof out of line! granted he wasn't as long and as low as i like him but by no means was he being a giraffe!

so i don't know weather some how brave pants magically appeared on Monday or weather some one had put the stupidity hat on me, but it worked!
and i owe this all to the lovely help i revised on here from some very special members who have gone beyond the call of just a HHO-er
and to any one else looking for brave pants.. you can have mine.. or the stupidly hat i'm still not sure which i used but i am happy to share!!!!!!

When you find your Brave Pants, could you tell me which brand they are, please? In need of some new ones right now!!
Meanwhile, I think your forbearance with The Bully Next Door could now cease. Threatening to shoot you, anyone, your animals, for anything, let alone your dogs looking at his cat, making false allegations about their causing noise and generally being a complete @**# is against the law. He chose to move there. I'm sure your beloved Bear (RIP) and her tribe smiled nicely at him when he was viewing the property. Consult your local police - this man is spoiling the peaceful enjoyment of your property. It's serious - and so is any retaliation he makes in response to your legal action.
Are the anti-cat shiny things the black metal cat shapes you see in garden sundries catalogues? With green slanting eyes? Love to see his face if you put them on the fence!
Great congratulations on encouraging Levi to remember what a lucky horse he is to be owned by you, who kept him safe from a horse-eating monster moke, driven by a visually/aurally challenged person (no offence intended to those thus challenged, only that particular person who was failing in her duty of care to other track users . . .)
Loved your pics of Bear which you posted along with the sad news of her death. She reminded me of my old GSD - another dignified matron who left us aged 13, some years ago. She had a useful line in still, focused watching. Frightened the living daylights out of bullies, without uttering a sound or moving a muscle.
Get the Bully At The Bottom Of the Garden Gone! (BATBOGG!)

this made me giggle no end /\
yes they are black cat shapes with shiny eyes, i was going to pop them in the grass but putting them on the fence sounds way more fun!
sadly on the matter of the neighbor the police say it is a civil matter and will not do a thing until he does some thing, which to me is a little to late!
He really wasn't happy to hear we had new "arrivals" he rang our home phone (leaving a message on the answer machine) telling my mother it is not acceptable
to buy another pet we we already have 2 dogs (who is he to judge he owns 4 cats!) so its all fun and games, every message he leaves is safely saved and CCTV is all backed up so if ever needed can be called upon!
As for the brave pants i think they may have come from M&S but let me get back to you on that! (once i can locate them! i do believe the ghastly washing machine is holding them captive!)
your very welcome to my stupidly hat through if you like :P
Going to hopefully get a couple of moments in the school tonight and hop back on the "wild beast" funniest thing is said "monster quod" lives right next to the horse walker and he passes it every day on the way to the field and walks right next to it when he on the walker (twice a week)
but i guess when some thing is coming to "eat" you with its tyres wide open and dripping blood fangs its a whole lot more scary!
