BRC @ Addington photographer?

That's it .I am having so many problems contacting him. I ordered a picture on his site from the BRC horsetrials and paid on paypal but never received anything. I phoned and left messages ,I emailled but they don't seem to be read. I contacted BRC and they said they would try to let him know but I did need to sort it with him. Eventually I had an email saying he was having problems and which picture was it. I replied and have heard nothing again.
I forgot to ask Claire to speak to him yesterday. Hope others have more luck
 
apparently his details were on p7 of the programme! i din't have chance to get one but ma-in-law did; as soon as i have info i'll pass it on!
