my car insurance does not cover for pulling horse's in a trailer if i were to break down, what company can cover this??

I phoned the R.A.C, and they only come out with a horse box intow, if they can't fix the car/lorry. so you could be on the road for an hour with the horse before someone comes to resuce the horse!! not good news if your horse is getting a bit restless

We've got our break down cover with Anthony D Evans - we got it along with our insurance - but they aren't expensive, and they will provide a tow truck for lorry / trailer and provide alternative transport for neddies.

NFU for sure!! We have them and when we have had tyres go on us they went above and beyond what anyone else would do.

They sort everything and kept ringing every half hour to check if the horse was stil ok with the tyre being changed (very noisy) or did we want a transporter to come and pick the horse up.

Wish my friend had had their cover (and I had had their number

) when we had an accident with a trailer on the M1 - would have been much easier on my nerves!

Anthony Evans every time. Have had breakdowns in trailers and boxes, they are fab!

Dont touch SEIB with a bargepole, go to horsegossip forum if you want to research that one!!
