breaking / backing Cornwall -Devon area?

Hi, can anyone recommend a person/yard that does backing / breaking in Cornwall or Devon? I am looking to get a highland youngster that has not been backed yet, but I would like to get very lightly backed over winter or next spring. Many thanks! any help will be much appreciated!

Whereabouts in the West Country are you?

I'm in East Devon, and can recommend someone who is based in Sidmouth.

Mmmm..... just a suggestion but you could try one of the FB groups: like "The Nutty Nags" as they seem to attract people from all over.

Fiona Jones has my youngster atm and she is based on the Roseland, google 'Barwick Equestrian'. I have yet to hear anyone say a bad word about her. The only thing as shes quite hard to get hold of as the mobile signal over there is dire! Otherwise Dan Wilson is a super-talented man with a lovely way of doing things and he is in Bodmin (up on the moor), dont be put off by a scruffy yard tho. Its not posh!

There isn't anyone else offering backing in W Cornwall that I would send any of my horses to right now.

Falmouth, in that case Fiona Jones, she is based at Philleigh, just the other side of the King Harry Ferry so about 10-12 miles.
