Breaking difficult horses.

Can anyone recommend anyone in the North(preferably) that takes difficult horses to break? We have a nervous 17 hh TB young horse that needs sympathetic but firm handling. He is well handled and a sweetie but gets upset and takes a long time to settle with new things. He can also throw toys out of the pram at times, he isn't easy because he is nervous but can be naughty and requires someone used to dealing with sharp young horses.
