breaking in costs

Hi all, just a quick question, just wondering what the average going rate to break a horse in at this moment is?

£150 per week here (Aberdeenshire) average.

I realise though that this is normal livery down South

To send away, I've heard from £100 pw to top price £300 pw!

I do breaking and schooling freelance (I come said persons yard) I charge £15 pound per session (up to an hour), Or we agree a fixed fee for a number of weeks.
Thus depending on temprement of horse, if the horse is a nutter, you get charged more!

Our chap comes to us, charges £20 a visit, visit lasts as long as it takes (about an hour usually), he brings any equipment we don't have, and tells me what he's doing and why. I also get shown how to do stuff and practice under supervision. So £100 a week and the horse doesn't have a major break in routine, and gets long reined round our roads and bridlepaths. Oh, and I get to see what's going on.

I'm sending my boy off in April and it's £130 a week. I posted on here and it seems the average is £100-£150pw. I'm in Somerset
