Breaking livery south east?

Can anyone recommend someone for breaking a sensitive Irish/Cobby typeolder (8/9yr) gelding? He’s not nasty in anyway but due to previous owner has been left virtually unhandled & untouched his entire life. Have put a lot of time into ground work with him, but currently 8 months pregnant and I don’t particularly want him left in the field for much longer to have to restart him myself.
Would love to send him to Jason Webb but I simply can’t afford it.
