Hi,

I'm looking to send my 4 year old Hanoverian mare for breaking livery so I'm really hoping for some recommendations:).
I am based in the West Midlands but i am more interested in reputation rather than the distance.

I have a 16.1/16.2 mare who is Dressage bred (Don Federico/Florestan Lines) although she moves beautifully the eventer in me thinks she will event too- She is very athletic and has a great gallop.

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

I'd send her to Greg Simms - he rides for Michael eilberg and breaks in warmbloods all day every day and they all turn out perfect. I have no contact details other than Facebook though!

Definitely Ginnie Turnbull at Tanglewood farm stables Leicester. Her husband Will does most of the breaking he does an amazing job. If i had one needing breaking it would go straight to them. Shes ridden up to 4* level though shes concentrating on young horses now plus competes pure dressage to a decent level, at least advanced medium.

Paul Taylor Johns: he has a fb page (and his mobile number is on there), but his website doesn't work anymore so I don't know if he's still doing this. He was chief breaker and bringer-on for a well known dressage stud, before they went to Cholderton to be further produced.
