breaking my pony to harness? shrewsbury area

ok my 11 year old 11.2hh pony has laminitis, when hes improved i would like to break him to harness as i am far too big to ride him and dont want to sell him. and even if i tired to, hes far too sharp to be childs pony. i dont have any experience in driving so would anyone know of somebody around the welshpool/shrewsbury area (shropshire) who breaks ponies into harness at a reasonalble price? thanks for reading this peeps

You could start yourself, with a bit of longreining and accustoming the pony to the tack and verbal commands.
