, as I am now worried that everytime I get on him he will dump me. where I am isnt the greatest to try and back a youngster, and ever since the accident, I have not been able to sit on him with out him freaking out and running off blindly, I have done all the lungeing before I ride etc but hands up, I dont want to ruin my horse, so does anyone know of any good breakers in the mids area??

Can recommend Grant Bazin he is at Byfield - has worked with Monty Roberts and Kelly Marks. Excellent, i wouldnt send my horses anywhere else.

Poor babe - he's obviously very frightened and confused and will need very careful re-starting to get his confidence. I'm just a little further - Shropshire/Worcestershire borders (near Kidderminster) but my rider is VERY good indeed with this sort of 'problem' horse and has never failed yet! (I'm too old to tackle the difficult ones myself these days!

) But he is very quiet and confident (and very 'sticky') - won't use gadgets of any sort - and rides THROUGH problems. PM me if you like.

He's not NH - he trained with Warmbloods in France, has evented to 2* level - but is undoubtedly one of the most talented starters of young horses I've seen in a VERY long life with horses!
