bredero and harcos, info please

selling my mare and just want to know a bit about the sire and damsire. i know about narcos (who is harcos's sire) but cannt seem to find any info on these to.

help please?
 
Not sure this is it but there is one Harcos by Narcos II & Regatta who is by Rieko, TB.
Harcos produced Nikita KWPN born 1995.
Bredero: Origins unknown. Produced Gracious Lady KWPN born 1988.
 
Seems like a very popular mating choice amongst Dutch breeders, as have found a number of Bredero x Harcos progeny on the paardenfokken database. Including Bolero approved NRPS stallion, Olivier, Nancy, (Keur) sport-springen (1.30m), Melanie (ster), Ricos, Virama, Sarinka and quite a few more.. so evidently a sport combination that worked as breeders seemed encouraged to use the combination over and over. I guess one horse in paricular must have triggered the appeal perhaps Melanie, not sure.

He is also grandfather to the approved stallion Lincoln, Approved by the KWPN in 1993


Narocs II was ridden by Eric Navet and a popular sire throughout Europe and predominatly in France, sire to Hold Up premire, crossed with QWuidam de Revel. He had one son approved in Switzerland that stood at the National Haras, Nacre, fab jumpers but not the easiest foals to handle. Narcos is often viewed as the French "Contender"! Highly sought after and fantastic producer of mares that go on to produce great jumping horses.

I thought I had read that he died recently though... not sure..
