Breeches for competing in - would beige, + dark full seat, be alright?

trying to find a pair of winter-weight flattering breeches for comps. (unaff dr and sj, i reckon, maybe aff dr in spring).
do you think i'd be okay in a beige pair with dark brown full seat? it's not as if the seat bit can be seen when i'm in the plate, is it? and if i hit the deck, it's the last thing i'll be worrying about!

what do you reckon? have you seen anyone competing in 2-tone breeches? do you think it's a bit 'off'?

LOL as long as you dont do rising trot you should be ok!

Seen people wearing them BD at Sheepgate and BSJA/BE round here - personally I don't like them for dressage but then I like white on girlies

Theyre all the rage here. As are white with full black seats and people are using them at national level

Much more practical i must say. No leather stained white suede bums!

That's interesting, Tierra if I was to pm you with my neds breeding would you be able to find out anything on the breeder? Have tried googling it but it may as well be in Chinese!
