Breeches sizing help please.

Ok so i am getting some new breeches for chrimbo!

Have seen some nice Kyra K ones, but i havent had these before, so was woundering if someone could tell me what the sizing is like?

I am used to pikeur breeches and take a 28, if thats any use?
