Breeches?

Dressage with style on Facebook sells some very nice breeches very well priced but they aren't cheap as such, cheap dont last especially well in my experience

Ebay and / or FB Marketplace is your friend, if second hand clothes don't give you the heeby jeebies. For the cost of a new pair at RRP you can buy a few, keep the one(s) you like and sell on the ones you don't. If you buy from FB, only ever pay PayPal Goods & Services or cash on collection.

I trawl through the sale section on Hope Valley and grab whatever looks interesting. I've picked up some £100+ breeches for less than a tenner that way, and lets me try out different styles and cuts. However, most comfortable for me are still Shires Wessex (with the purple stretchy band on the calf, rather than the velcro).

Seconding the bay recommendation - l bought 2 pairs last year, Pikeur and another quality make (the label is washed out). Total cost around £20 inc. postage.

Just Jodz are really good! Their silicon knee breeches are the best (I think around £40 but way prefer them to my Aztec Diamonds which were £90!). Their standard breeches (which are seriously cheap!) are also really nice but I do prefer them with the silicon.
