I dont really like arabs, the body shape, head shape, temperment of ones Ive known, everything about them really. Plus they are too fine for my liking!
Not a fan of coloured cobs either, just my preference.
I like all horses...obviously...and I think we'd all be happier people if we appreciate our horses' strengths rather than obsessing about their weaknesses
Although I have noticed that not all horse owners do really like their horses...and no, I don't know why either.
This is not aimed at anyone...so don't be paranoid
I wouldnt buy an arab for myself... to fine/flightly etc for me... but I guess i could say "thats a nice arab" of somone elses..... apart from that dont think theres alot I'd say no to!
dont honestly think there is a single breed I actually dislike! Again, as has already been said, there are breeds I wouldnt ever want to buy, but thats not because I hate them!
Nothing I hate - all breeds have something to offer for individuals.
My preference is gypsy cobs - which luckily for me is the one so far that is most disliked - more for me to love. I do actually hate fat cobs - cobs should be chunky and muscled and not blobs.
What I do hate is ill mannered bargy horses - but that can apply to any breed.
Breed I would probably avoid is hann x tb - my mare was the most difficult horse I have ever owned and I know many others who have said the same of this mix.
Just ot be perdantic surely a cob is a type not a breed, unless youre talking about Welsh cobs.
I suppose I really don't like the show pony type, small head, big bum. Don't really dislike any breed, wouldn't purposely set out to buy an Arab but then again alway said I wouldn't have a warmblood or a chestnut - new horse chestnut (with white flecks) Westphalian!
I can't imagine anybody who cares about horses ever actually hating a particular breed or even having a strong dislike of them - what a bizarre question- and one guaranteed to upset somebody here when a breed they care about is hated by another.
It has been done before and it wasn't clever then.
There are many breeds that would not be my first choice through size, temperement or some other reason - but I don't hate any of them
I don't dislike as horses, I can see their good points for other people but I wouldn't give space to a Shetland, a Welsh Cob or (sorry SSM, will wait for the sky to fall!) a Cleveland Bay; simply because I have had bad experiences of those breeds - and enough times for me to think they could all the same so not for me!
I used to ride Arab's and TB's, I used to to love riding them, but since i got my welsh COB X I wouldnt even entertain the thought of buying an Arab or TB, theres nothing wrong with them but my boy is so honest and he's not a slow coach, he's far from it!I would NEVER buy a shitland!! but think they are cute!
exmoor...followed closely by some arabs. not all I hasten to add.
I actually like big fat hairy cobs, they provide a really useful sort of horse for people who want safety and sheer fun in a horse. You only have to look round here on Sunday mornings, loads of them hacking about giving older riders wonderful hacking.
I don't dislike any breed, however I have yet to really bond with a chestnut mare
(two hot heads together???) and as I am tall with very long legs I do like to actually have enough between my legs to not feel as if I need rollerskates
None I hate, I don't like horses with piggy eyes, and you always get one in every breed. Every horse is beautiful in it's own way. I think some people "don't like" some breeds but then that is entirely on their mannerisms and build which arn't conducive to the job that is asked of them.
